As there is with any medical procedure, jaw filler comes with some potential risks and side effects clients should consider before undergoing treatment.

These risks are extremely rare but worth noting:
- Allergic reaction
- Necrosis
- Infection
- Necrosis
- Avoid touching, rubbing, or physical pressure on the affected area
- Avoid high temperatures like steam rooms, saunas, or heated exercise classes for 48 hours after treatment.
- Avoid makeup on the area for up to 24 hours after.
- Avoid blood thinners such as Ibuprofen and fish oil tablets.
To assist with bruising, Arnica tablets may be recommended.
My Botique uses dermal filler that contains Lidocaine, a numbing agent that assists with decreasing discomfort during treatment.
