Use Only As Directed.

Using the dropper take the appropriate dosage in a glass of water or juice. May be taken with or without food. If symptoms persist, see your doctor.

Indications:

To be used for the treatment of magnesium defi ciency. Aids or assists in the prevention of muscular cramps and spasms.

Dosage:

• Adults: 1 mL daily or as directed by your practitioner.
• Children 5 years and older: May take the adult dose.
• Children less than 5 years: Please consult your practitioner.
