Welcome to our website.  If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our Privacy Policy govern My Botique’s relationship with you in relation to this website.  If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only.  It is subject to change without notice.

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose.

You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.  It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

Clients give consent for their card details to be securely stored on file and understand the following:

  • To secure bookings from clients we require the Name, Address, Email, Contact Number and Credit/Debit Card information. All bookings must have a credit card secured against it. We do not put any service charges onto this card unless our Booking Policy is breached. Please note: a verification charge of $0-$2 may be charged to ensure the validity of the card. This is temporary and is credited back to the account, typically within a few days. The transaction may appear from ‘Zenoti’ on your statement.
  • A confirmation text will be sent to the client 48hours prior to their appointment time. My Botique request a confirmation text of attendance. If client wish to cancel, they must call the clinic to do so.
  • My botique will also attempt to call clients who have not confirmed, however if we are unable to reach the client within 24 hours to confirm the booking then this will result in the appointment being forfeited.
  • If a client makes a booking with less than 48 hours prior to their appointment time then it is taken to be a confirmed booking and no text reminder will be sent.


Any confirmed appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice of the appointment time will be charged a $150 cancellation fee which will be charged to their card on file.

All No Show clients who fail to attend their appointment and give no notice prior to the appointment will incur a $150 no show fee that will be charged to their card on file.


My Botique would like to collect and process:

photographic images; and (b) video recordings; and (c) audio recordings; and (d) written testimonials (“the Material”) from you for the purpose of creating educational and promotional material.

To the extent that this material contains information about your medical diagnosis and treatment, it would be regarded as sensitive data, which by law requires your explicit consent to allow us to process it.

If chosen to participate in this campaign you will be required to sign a legal consent form by which you will confirm that the person named in the release notice has agreed to the publication of the Material by My Botique both now and in the future.

By signing the release you agree that My Botique may use the material for promotional and informational purposes.

You grant My Botique the right to use the material on its websites and in publications for use in its clinics and generally, which may include, but is not limited to media, posters, newsletters and newspapers, catalogues, video collages, etc.

You grant My Botique the right to disclose the Material to third parties and media.

You understand My Botique may, and has the right to, crop and/or collage the material with others and understand that the material may be transmitted over the internet.

You agree that by signing the form, you release and forever discharge My Botique, its agents, officers and employees, from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the material, including but not limited to, any and all claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or financial compensation and you waive all moral rights that you may have in the material.


These conditions apply to use of the My Botique Gift Card (gift card), issued by My Botique.

Purchasing or using the gift card means that you accept these conditions.

My Botique may, in its complete discretion, refuse to sell gifts cards to any person at any time for any reason.

If you let another person use your gift card, you must tell them that they will be bound by these conditions. By entering into this agreement you unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the state where the gift card is purchased.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift card, or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.

Anyone holding the gift card can use its value to make purchases so your gift card should be kept secure. If your gift card is lost or stolen, immediately report this to the My Botique from which it was purchased. We may be able to stop gift card value being used, but take no responsibility and are not liable for any loss suffered by you as a result of a lost or stolen gift card.

We may replace a faulty, lost or stolen gift card in our absolute discretion. Any replacement gift card will have the same unused value (at the time of replacement) and expiry date. Gift cards will be void if they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way. We may subject gift cards to verification and security checks in our absolute discretion.

We may cancel any gift card, or the gift card scheme, for any reason at any time without notice. If so, we may either provide a refund or a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we reasonably suspect fraud in relation to a gift card. The gift card remains the property of My Botique.


Gifts cards are valid for one year from the Date of Issue. After the gift card has expired, it is no longer valid. All transactions will be declined. Unused value will not be refunded and will become the property of My Botique.


Promotional campaigns, including but not limited to sales, events, and discounts ran at My Botique are subject to change without notice. Promotional campaigns may be withdrawn or extended at any time.

Terms and Conditions:

  • New Client Introductory Offer:
    • New clients will receive a 20% discount on their first treatment during their initial visit.
    • The final price, after the 20% discount, will be provided to the client prior to proceeding with the treatment.
    • This offer is non-transferable and non-refundable.
    • The discount applies only to individual services and does not apply to packages or products.
  • Packages:
    • Each package offered has its own specific terms and conditions.
    • Packages must be used within six months from the date of purchase.
    • Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Refer a Friend Program:
    • Clients who refer a friend will receive a $50 credit.
    • The referral credit is non-transferable and non-refundable.
    • The credit can be applied once per invoice and cannot be combined with other offers.
    • If multiple referral credits are accumulated (e.g., 3 referrals), only one credit can be used per visit.
    • The referral credit does not have an expiry date.
  • Advertising and Offers:
    • Advertisements that offer gifts or discounts must be accurate, honest, and transparent.
    • Terms and conditions of the offer, including expiry dates and eligibility criteria, must be clearly stated.
  • Financing Schemes:
    • Medical practitioners are prohibited from offering, promoting, or recommending financing schemes, such as loans or commercial payment plans, to patients for cosmetic procedures.
    • However, practitioners may inform patients about accepted payment methods, such as credit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard), buy now, pay later products (e.g., Afterpay, Openpay, Zip Pay), or offer non-commercial payment arrangements between the doctor and patient for payment in installments.

These terms and conditions govern the Referral Program, Social Media Program, and Loyalty Program (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Programs”) offered by My Botique (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). By participating in any of the Programs, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

  • The Programs are designed to reward our valued clients for their support and loyalty. However, it is important to note that the Programs are not intended to be incentives for any cosmetic procedure. The Company adheres to the guidelines set forth by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and the relevant regulations governing the provision of cosmetic procedures.
  • Transparency and Communication:
  • We are committed to ensuring transparency and clear communication with our clients. Before proceeding with any cosmetic procedure, we provide our clients with a comprehensive explanation of the exact cost involved. Our clients have a full understanding of the treatments they are undertaking, the reasons behind them, and the final cost associated with the procedures.
  • Prohibition of Incentives for Cosmetic Procedures:
  • In accordance with the new AHPRA regulations, we emphasize that our Programs, including the Referral Program, Social Media Program, and Loyalty Program, are not incentives for any cosmetic procedure. These Programs are solely intended to express our gratitude to our loyal clients and to encourage positive engagement with our brand.
  • Liability:
  • While we take every reasonable measure to ensure the accuracy and clarity of the information provided, the Company shall not be held liable for any misunderstanding, misinterpretation, or damages arising from the participation in the Programs or the reliance on any related information.
  • Modification of Programs and Terms:
  • The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any of the Programs at its discretion and without prior notice. Changes to these terms and conditions will be communicated through our official channels, and it is the participants’ responsibility to review and comply with the updated terms.

By participating in the Programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from participating in the Programs.
